By accessing and using the Money Tree Loans website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Money Tree Loans is a loan connection service. We are not a lender and do not make loan decisions. We connect borrowers with potential lenders in our network who may offer installment loan products.

When you submit a request through our service:

• Your information is shared with lenders in our network
• Multiple lenders may review your request
• You may receive offers from one or more lenders
• Each lender sets their own terms, rates, and approval criteria

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of the United States
• Reside in a state where our services are available
• Have a valid Social Security number
• Have an active checking account
• Provide accurate and truthful information

Our services are not available in New York, Arkansas, West Virginia, or Vermont.

No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Submitting a request through our service does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or approved for a loan. Approval and loan terms are determined solely by the lender based on their own criteria.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a request. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of service and potential legal consequences.

Privacy and Data Sharing

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes sharing your information with lenders in our network.

Lender Relationships

If you are matched with a lender and accept a loan offer:

• You enter into a direct relationship with that lender
• The loan agreement is between you and the lender
• You must review and agree to the lender's terms before accepting
• Money Tree Loans is not a party to the loan agreement

Fees and Compensation

Our service is free to borrowers. We may receive compensation from lenders in our network when we successfully connect a borrower with a lender. This compensation does not affect the terms or rates offered to you by lenders.

Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us and lenders in our network via:

• Email
• Phone calls
• Text messages (SMS)

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but you may still receive transactional messages related to your request.

Credit Inquiries

When you submit a request, we or lenders in our network may perform credit checks. Initial checks may be soft inquiries that do not affect your credit score. If you proceed with a lender's offer, they may perform a hard inquiry as part of their approval process.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Submit false or fraudulent information
• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use automated systems to access our services

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Money Tree Loans or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That you will be matched with a lender
• That you will be approved for a loan
• The terms or rates you may be offered
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money Tree Loans and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Money Tree Loans from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Money Tree Loans operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
